Day 4: Dzongri top to Dzongri
Distance: 0.9 km
Elevation gain: 2 meters

Day 6: Lamunay to Goechala and back
Distance: 7.9 km
Elevation gain: 548 meters
Time taken: 4:48:14 hours

Day 6: Lamunay to Thansing
Distance: 3.68 km
Elevation gain: 16 meters
Time taken: 1:20:54 hours

Day 7: Kokchurang to Phedang
Distance: 7.06 km
Elevation gain: 356 meters
Time taken: 2:47:21 hours
